He graduated doctor degree with the field of Earth and Planetary Science from Nagoya University in 2003. Over last ten years, he has carried out international and national climate-related research more than 20 projects. He was the Coordinating Lead Author (CLA) of Working Group I for Thailand’s First and Second Assessment Reports on Climate Change which was published in 2011 and 2016. He was also one of Thailand’s national negotiators for United Nations Framework on Climate Change Convention (UNFCCC). In addition, he has involved in the processes of development and formulation of national climate change strategies and plans especially Paris Agreement implementation. Since 2019, he has published scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals more than 10 papers.
