Chatra Kamsaeng is the director of 101 Public Policy Think Tank (101 PUB), which uses knowledge and data to deepen the understanding of society and design public policy aiming at empowering citizens to make the best possible decisions on important issues for their lives, families and society.
Chatra's research interests include competition policy, public finance, and public administration. He obtained his bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Economics, Chulalongkorn University with a first-class honor with medal of excellence and his master's degree from Harvard Kennedy School.
