Dr. Preesan holds Ph.D. in Civil Engineering at University of Tokyo. Previously, he worked at Tsukaba Space Center (JAXA), Japanese space explorer organization. Also, he has work experience at Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (Public Organization) – GISTDA.
At the present, he serves as Executive Vice President (Digital Transformation Promotion Unit) at Digital Economy Promotion Agency.
