Roengchai Tansuchat has obtained his Bachelor Degree Master Degree an Ph.D. in Economics from Chiang Mai University.
Currently her serves as Associate Professor/ Lecturer at Faculty of Economics, Chiangmai University, Director of Puay Ungphakorn Centre of Excellence in Econometrics and Director of Master Degree in Economics Program (Thai Language).
Prior to his position, he was Editor in Chief of the Chiang Mai University Journal of Economics (CMJE) (2016–2018) and Lecturer of Faculty of Economics, Maejo University (2007–2013)
He got Research Award from National Research Council of Thailand 2016 and Gold Elephant Award from Chiang Mai University 2019.
