Prior to joining monetary policy group at the Bank of Thailand in 2019, Mr. Savaphol earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from Chulalongkorn University. Having been an economist in the model development unit, Mr. Savaphol specializes in developing economic models and conducting research involving monetary policy. Moreover, his lastest work, Higher Moments, Highly Matter: Optimal Monetary Policy in an Uncertain World, won the Setthatat Economic Competition in 2021.
