
Flight Lieutenant Shinawat Horayangkura earned PhD in Economics from the University of Sheffield, UK. He also graduated in Public Administration and Economics at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Currently, he works as a lecturer at the Department of Economics, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Burapha University, TH. He also has various working experiences in the banking sector and teaching experiences in several universities.
His major research interest is behavioural economics, focusing decision making and nudging. He has applied behavioural economics in different areas, e.g., Big data and AI models, labour market, financial management, public policy, environment, as well as education. He also interests in applying microeconometrics in economic valuation and policy evaluation.
