Singhapan received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Thammasat University, and MSc. Economics from University of Exeter.
Singhapan serves as a senior economist at International Department, Communications and Corporate Relations Group, Bank of Thailand. His current duties include international relations and cooperation with international financial organizations.
