Currently, Wannapha is Researcher at Thailand Development Research Institute. She was Research Assistant at Health Insurance System Research Office. Her works are published in academic journals.
She received bachelor’s degree in European Public Health Maastricht University, The Netherlands, and Master of Sciences on Health Security Financing and Management Naresuan University. She also once participated in WHO Advance course on Health Financing for universal health Coverage for middle income countries, Regency Tunis Hotel TUNISIA.
