Dr.Pacharasut received Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Maryland and earned M.A. in Economics and Finance and B.Eng. in Computer Engineering from Chulalongkorn University.
He has extensive experience in auction design, antitrust, competition and behavioral economics. His works have been published in several economic journals. He has advised governments and bidders in spectrum auctions in more than 10 countries. He has also provided consultancy on mergers and antitrust litigations in US. Dr.Pacharasut used to be a full-time Lecturer (Asisstant Professor) at Faculty of Economics, Chulalongkorn University.
