Yot is a medical doctor and economist by training. He found the Thai Ministry of Public Health’s Health Intervention and Technology Assessment Program (HITAP). HITAP’s works have been used to inform health benefits package development in Thailand and elsewhere across the globe. He is also a visiting professor at Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health at National University of Singapore.
