
Panita Surachaikulwattana completed her Bachelor Degree in Faculty of Arts (First Class Honors) at Chulalongkorn University, a Master Degree in Management at Lancaster University, and Ph.D. in Organization and Management at Imperial College London.
Her research interest includes institutionalization and agency, translation, theorization, organizational form and practices, primarily investigated with the use of qualitative methodologies. Her current research projects focus on adoption and translation processes of practices and ideas across national boundaries in diverse settings, including the health care industry and the software industry. Recently she has been awarded with Newton Mobility Grants, in collaboration with Imperial College London, to conduct research on practice adoption in the education industry.
She is currently a lecturer at University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC). She is also a research fellow at Research Institute for Policy Evaluation and Design (RIPED), UTCC.
