Nuwat holds his master’s degree and Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Oxford. He received Bachelor of Economics Degree in Quantitative Economics from the Faculty of Economics, Chulalongkorn University.
Currently, he serves as Section Head at Puey Ungphakorn Institute for Economic Research. He has work experiences in Monetary Policy Department, Bank of Thailand.
His research interest is on macroeconomic modelling, and monetary economics and policy. Apart from working at the central bank, he is also a lecturer in Monetary Economics at Thammasat University, and Macroeconomics at Chulalongkorn University.
